This Refund Policy is published by BNBA Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as BNB Authority ("BNB Authority," "we," "us"), and forms part of our Terms of Service. It governs refund eligibility for all BNB Authority coaching programs, courses, group programs, masterminds, the BNB Pulse software, and any related services or upsells (each, a "Program"). Read this Policy carefully before you purchase. By purchasing any Program you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy.
90-Day Money-Back Policy
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee to eligible Clients who fully comply with all conditions below. All obligations below must be completed within 90 days of signing this Agreement. The refund window opens only after all conditions have been met and 90 days have elapsed from the date of signing. A Client who delays completing any obligation does not extend or reset the 90-day period.
To Qualify for the 90-Day Money-Back Refund, You Must:
Business Setup
Prior to beginning any landlord outreach, Client must have the following completed: a business name, business company, logo, professional business email, and website. BNB Authority provides coaching, templates, and resources for all of the above inside the Program. Client must utilize the outreach scripts provided by BNB Authority when contacting landlords. These steps are required to ensure Client presents professionally when approaching property owners and to maximize their chances of securing a deal.
Course Completion
Client must complete 100% of the Program course content within the first 30 days of signing this Agreement.
Landlord Email Outreach
All landlord outreach must commence no later than 14 days from the date of signing this Agreement. Client is obligated to send a minimum of 600 outreach emails to landlords within the first 90 days of signing this Agreement. All outreach must be conducted using BNB Authority's provided templates and systems. Client must maintain documentation of all outreach efforts and be able to provide proof of each email sent, including the listing details of the property contacted, upon request. Client must also record and retain all calls conducted with landlords during the 90-day period and provide such recordings upon request for verification purposes.
Coaching Sessions
Client must attend and actively participate in a minimum of 8 coaching or strategy sessions within the first 3 months of signing this Agreement.
Support & Communication Requirement
Client must actively seek support and guidance from BNB Authority throughout the first 90 days if experiencing difficulties securing a Co-Revenue deal. This includes asking questions and requesting assistance within the community, via email, and during live coaching calls. Failure to communicate challenges or request support during the 90-day period may result in ineligibility for the guarantee, as BNB Authority cannot reasonably assist with issues that are not brought to its attention.
Refund Request & Approval Process
If Client has fully complied with all obligations under this Agreement and, after 90 days from the date of signing, has failed to secure a Co-Revenue deal, Client may request a refund. Any such request must be accompanied by verifiable documentation including:
- Outreach email logs with property listing details.
- Proof of completed business setup (including a logo, website, and professional email).
- Coaching session attendance records.
- Any other supporting documentation reasonably required by BNB Authority.
Upon BNB Authority's review and verification of those documents, BNB Authority will issue a refund in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. No refunds will be issued other than as expressly provided in this Agreement.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable in all cases:
- Payment processor fees (e.g., Stripe) and chargeback fees, where permitted by law.
- Done-for-you or one-on-one consulting hours already delivered, valued at our standard rate.
- Live event tickets, travel, accommodations, and per-event production fees once the event has occurred.
- BNB Pulse usage charges incurred after the included 6-month complimentary period.
- Third-party software, ad spend, or service-provider fees you paid directly (e.g., independent co-hosts, virtual assistants).
Payment Plans
If you purchased on a payment plan, the obligation to complete all scheduled payments survives any cancellation. An approved refund covers payments actually made through the date of approval, minus any non-refundable items above. Stopping payments without an approved refund is a breach of contract and may be referred to collections.
BNB Pulse Software
BNB Pulse is included free for the first six (6) months. After that, usage charges (per listings analyzed, PDFs generated, and seats) are non-refundable once incurred. You may cancel BNB Pulse at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past usage and does not refund the Program fee.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank or card issuer before completing the refund process in this Policy: (a) you waive any further right to a refund under this Policy; (b) your access to the Services and BNB Pulse will be terminated immediately; (c) we may pursue the full amount owed, plus chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees; and (d) we may report the chargeback to relevant fraud-prevention networks.
Not an Income Guarantee
This Policy refunds the Program fee under the conditions stated. It is not a guarantee that you will earn any amount, close any deal, or achieve any specific result. See our Earnings Disclaimer for the full Testimonial Disclosure.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
