2. How We Collect It
- Directly from you when you book a call, opt in to a lead magnet, purchase a program, contact support, or post in our community.
- Automatically through cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies — including Google Analytics 4, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and the TikTok Pixel.

3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services, BNB Pulse software, and coaching.
- Process payments, manage your account, and fulfill our contract with you.
- Send transactional emails (purchase receipts, login, support) — these are required and cannot be opted out of while you have an account.
- Send marketing emails, SMS, and retargeting ads — you may opt out at any time (see Section 8).
- Analyze usage, measure ad performance, and optimize conversions.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Legal bases (where applicable): performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing the Services, your consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing in jurisdictions that require it), and compliance with law.
4. Cookies, Pixels & Tracking
We use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, analytics, and advertising. Specifically:
- Google Analytics 4 — site analytics and conversion tracking.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — conversion tracking and audience building for Facebook/Instagram ads.
- TikTok Pixel — conversion tracking and audience building for TikTok ads.
You can disable cookies in your browser, opt out of Google Analytics via the Google opt-out add-on, and adjust ad-personalization settings inside Meta and TikTok. Some Services may not function correctly without cookies.
5. How We Share Information
We share personal information with:
- Service providers / processors acting on our behalf — Stripe (payments), Calendly (booking), our CRM (HubSpot / GoHighLevel-class), our email service provider, our hosting and analytics vendors, Google, Meta, and TikTok (advertising), and customer-support tools.
- Coaches and authorized staff who deliver the program to you.
- Legal authorities when required by subpoena, court order, or law, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google) may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain US state laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, CPA, CTDPA, VCDPA, UCPA). California and other eligible residents may opt out — see Section 8.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Services, and as required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Marketing lists are retained until you unsubscribe. Aggregated/de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, vendor due diligence). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; opt out of targeted advertising, "sale" or "sharing"; limit use of sensitive personal information; and appeal a denied request. To exercise any right, email contact@bnbauthority.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before responding and respond within the period required by applicable law (generally 45 days under CCPA).
"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" / Global Privacy Control: We honor browser-level GPC signals for California residents and treat them as a valid opt-out of "sale" and "sharing" of personal information.
Marketing opt-out: Click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, reply STOP to any SMS, or email us. Per CAN-SPAM, we will honor opt-outs within 10 business days.
9. International Users
