Any income figures, case studies, screenshots, dashboards, dollar amounts, "students earning," revenue numbers, occupancy rates, deal-count claims, or other results referenced anywhere in the Materials reflect the personal experience of specific individuals and are not typical. The generally expected performance for the average person who purchases any "make money" type program is little or no result. We do not track or audit the earnings of every program participant and cannot represent average results.
3. Your Results Depend on You
Building a short-term-rental business is a real business. Your results will depend on, among other things: your effort and consistency, your willingness to do landlord outreach daily, your follow-through, your ability to negotiate, your local market conditions, the supply of furnished listings, capital available for deposits/operating costs (where applicable), local short-term-rental ordinances, HOA rules, Airbnb and Vrbo platform policies, seasonality, competition, your communication skills, your business judgment, and many other factors outside our control.
